MANAGEMENT OF KEVIN RATHBUN STEAK
DOUG NEFF - GENERAL MANAGER
Doug was bitten by the restaurant bug during his under-grad years at Louisiana State University where he cut his teeth waiting tables and tending bar at the Baton Rouge Country Club. He relished the opportunity for exposure to a diverse group of people on a daily basis, and to show them a good time. The restaurant industry was a natural fit.
With just over 18 years of experience, Doug has spent the majority of his hospitality career in Atlanta. He has worked in well-known establishments such as Prime, Bluepointe, and Chops. He joined the Rathbun's team in 2005 as a bartender before segueing into a management position.
Doug now brings a lifelong love of the business and a true passion for outstanding hospitality to his position as General Manager at Kevin Rathbun Steak.
He operates with a philosophy of delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and attentive experience to every guest.
When not at the restaurant, Doug enjoys reading, hiking, and trail running. He lives in Candler Park with his loving wife Jill.
